My organization has an ongoing custom Hubspot Integration with our Rails App. Is there any way to use an array as the value of a new custom property. Then rather than, updating the full property value on a triggering event, I would be able to just push a new value into the array?
We don’t currently have a way to append a value or option to the value of a property for a contact record. We do keep a record of any previous values, and those historical values can be used in lists and workflows, but if you need to append and keep the current values, you’d need to pull the existing value, append your new value, then update the contact with the full updated list of values.
