Speed Up Webhook Triggers in Workflows

I am trying to move our platform's trial signup process onto a hubspot form then redirect the new user to their profile in our product.

To do this, I set up a very simple workflow: 1. Form submitted 2. Webhook using app built in the hubspot developer hub sends contact info.

The process works, except that the webhook send time seems to be very unreliable, leaving the user just sitting there waiting for the data to load when they are redirected. It can take up 30 seconds between workflow being triggered and the webhook execution.

Is there anyway to ensure quicker responses?

In order for me to further understand your use case, could you clarify the following:

1. Upon submitting the form, it'll redirect user to a page which shows their profile and product (these information is populated via the Webhook?)

2. Could you share with me your portal ID and workflow name in question?
