Set contact marketing to false when updating form using API

Hi there,

 

I am using HubSpot API to update form definitions. Everything working fine except for one thing, anytime the form is updated the check that refers to the creation of marketing contacts is set always to true.

I haven't found a way to set this property to false when updating the form through the API. Is it possible?
