Sending information to Mercadolibre (Marketplace) through API

Hi there! We're trying to integrate HubSpot to Mercadolibre (Marketplace) so we can answer de consults from out potential customers right from HubSpot to the marketplace.

Have any of you had experience with this? We've checked and we can take the consults form Mercadolibre and create tickets in HubSpot through the API integration , for example, but we're not being able to send our replies back to the marketplace.
