We are looking to build a chatbot where users can message and live agents can reply backto the user queries . We would like to know when a message is recieved in the webhook url, is there an API availabe to send a reply back to the user, so that we can integrate the hubspot chatbot with our agent module and the agent replies are sent back to users using the API.
