Would be great if we had the ability to format the message sent from Hubspot to Teams via workflow. We use it for inbound lead routing and like to highlight/seperate out certain pieces of info to make it easier for reps. Right now it just comes over as a big block of text.

Agreed. Also, are you sending this to channels? Feels like channels in a team is more of a files management tool. I was hoping to send this to a Teams Group Chat. Have any idea how to do this?
