For help learning HubSpot APIs and integrations there are certification courses that you might consider.  You can find these courses at https://academy.hubspot.com/.  The specific course I would recommend is Integrating With HubSpot I: Foundations.  If you're not a developer you may need to look at some of the resources provided before diving in.
