Sandbox accounts

These sandbox accounts https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/set-up-a-hubspot-sandbox-account look great for testing API functionality. I don't seem to have the Sandboxes option in my account settings. Am I missing a step to enabling this feature?

Not sure if this is an open beta, I think you need to be added by a HubSpot employee. You could try asking in the Developer Slack.
