I have trouble trying to authorize my application 188562 with my production portal 5154612. The "Request for Integration Permissions" fails even though my account is super admin.
I never had any problem authorizing with the test portal 5918115 though and can't spot any differences.
Taking a look at the scopes under your application details for application id 188562, I noticed that the Access to ecommerce scope has been checked and referencing this documentation here: Initiate an Integration with Oauth 2.0
Under the Scopes table
For the e-commerce scope, it mentioned that user must be assigned a paid Sales Hub seat to authorize this scope.
Circling back to your HubSpot portal 5154612, when looking at your user permissions settings (Settings > Users & Teams) and looking at user Alexandre Deckner (which I believe it's you), I do not see that this user has been assigned a paid Sales Hub seat.
In order to authorize the application 188562 you would need to be assigned a paid Sales Hub seat.
