Removing data

Hi all 

I recently noticed that when a website enquiry comes through from an existing customer it removes some of the address details in Hubspot. 

Is there a reason why this would happend and how do i fix this?

For your post:

• Is this an embedded HubSpot form?
• A custom form you're connecting via one of the form submission endpoints?
• Do you have a link that the community can view? So, they can see the issue in action.
• By disappear, do you mean overwritten? Or cleared out completely?
