Remove top bar from chat window

We are using the hubspot chat inside a webview in an app. This means there are two headers, first one one from the webview and the the one from the chat with the "<" symbol to go back, the name of the chat and the "X" sign to close the chat window.

In the app we end up with several navigation options which is confusing, so I would like to remove this top bar/header since it does not bring any value to the end user. Is that possible?

It not, is it possible somehow to hide the "<" and "X" symbols?

I am also interested in doing this, but I had trouble finding the issue in the Ideas Forum. Is this currently an idea that I can upvote, or do I need to create a new one? Thank you!

Thanks for detailing down your use case so clearly.

Currently, it is not possible to remove the top bar of the chat window. I'd recommend jumping over to the HubSpot Ideas Forum and posting this idea there so that it's visible to the HubSpot product team and other HubSpot customers and developers. Hopefully this will gather more interest.
