Receiving "Failed to load resource: the server responded with as status of 414 ()"

Hi, we are getting "Failed to load resource: the server responded with as status of 414 ()" on the pixel ebbedded on our website. We do are not hitting any character limit with our request, even though that's what error 414 would indicate.
What are other potential causes?

Hey Adam,

When you say "pixel" are you referring to a pixel created using the Events API or are you referring to the HubSpot tracking code that has been added to all of your pages? In the case of the tracking code, when I load your pages I am seeing a 200 response.
