Random 500 API in contact update API (Patch Call)

Patch Call :- https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/contacts/136098501?hapikey=****

Error response :-

]

 

We do have got around 30 logs in last 3-4 days for the same.

When we try to hit API using postman we are getting correct response.

Issue seems to be fixed as there are no such logs after 25th Nov. 
May I know about issue, also what kind of retry mechanism we must build for such issue as data we are dealing requires high consistency between our platform to hubspot.

I do not know why you were receiving a 500 error.  Your app needs to be able to anticipate periodic failures, though. 

@lynton , do you have any advice on handling errors in your app?
