Hey, @TonyValenti👋 Thanks for your question. Can you reproduce this issue when installing your app into a portal with access to support? If so, filing a support ticket, including the error with the correlation ID and the installation link to your app so they can reproduce the issue.
If not, here's what I'd do to rule out the basics:
use your normal browser, but clear your cache and cookies before trying to get the auth working
try using an incognito browser. Can you reproduce it here too?
try using a different browser
if you can reproduce the issue (semi)consistently, try grabbing a HAR file (HubSpot community guide). You can share this with support. And you can analyze it yourself by using Google's HAR analyzer Sometimes, with a HAR file, you can get more details
