Proper server hosted whatsapp integration

Hi,

For the Whatsapp integration we are currently using WhatHub which kind of works fine, but the essential issue here is that we need to have Whatsapp running on a phone all the time, with all the issues that are connected to it.

Before we were using AmoCRM which had a native WhatsApp integration + the number was server hosted. So no need to have WhatsApp running on phone all the time, worrying about empty battery, no reception, what so ever. WA was available for all of our clients 24/7.

Is there anything like this also for Hubspot?

Thanks in advance

Luke

Do you have a listing of the professionals and cons of Whatsapp and moddroid link in terms of intergrating it in Hubspot and capability to attach and ship Whatsapp messages to contacts?

Hi Juan,

indeed the goal is to have a single whatsapp number for all client interactions.

Is this something you can do?

Hi Luke,

Is the goal to have a single whatsapp number for all client interactions? Or does your organization employees have each phone number/whatsapp interacting with clients?

Perhaps we can help (www.rele.ai). Our solution is a bit different, as we allow company employees to leverage their personal whatsapp and turn it into a productivity tool: accessing hubspot, updating client records, opportunities, etc.

Hey @LukeEd , going to ping @Walter_g  here.  His team built that integration and might be able to help a bit 🙂

Hi @LukeEd ,

IT's not possible to us to help you on the behaviour of third party tool. Maybe you can explain us your behavior and see if it's possbiel for you to develop it by your own.

@dennisedsondo you know those tools ?
