Problems with installing the extension
Hello! My name is Artem and I represent Wazzup.
There is such a problem: some users have problems with installing the extension.
Even within one integration it is not so for all users, but only for some. We have checked everything on our side, according to the logs we collected from the affected client, the link to authorisation in Hubspot corresponds to your documentation (https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/working-with-oauth).
In our database, the key matches the client's domain, and the data is similar to that of the users who were helped by reinstalling the extension.
While manually substituting this link : https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/oauth/5123723/authorize?client_id=97f3054f-3b00-4650-badf-788dbaee8db2&r....
Changing it to the code of our client's domain, it asks for further authorisation. But no error is generated, which is strange.
Can you please tell me what is happening on the Habspot side, whether all requests from us are answered with 200, because we catch errors only if the integration is not installed. In other cases everything is fine.
