We have sync error because a record of value cannot be created because it already exists in the destination system.
However on our Salesforce account we have dublicate warning on. There is also dublicate block which is off. We think that Hubspot will handle (incorrectly) both warning and block same way.

Are you referring to contact Sirpa? If so, have you check out this documentation here - Manage Salesforce integration API calls and sync errors? Have you make changes to the record and try resyncing it?

In this case, could you share with me an example contact with the error message that's not appearing on the sync error list?
