Problem connecting crm to contact

Hello. After creating a crm card, there is a problem connecting it, so I leave a question.

As shown in the picture above, the crm card has been added to the right sidebar in the contact, but only a warning says that the connection is not working properly. What solutions are there?

Hi @sooonding 

 

Have a look in your Developer Account, go into the App, and check the Monitoring Tab – you may find some information to help you debug.
