Possible to search companies by domain that ARE NOT already in my CRM?

I noticed this endpoint:

https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/companies/search_companies_by_domain

will only return a result if it's already in my contacts > companies

Is there no way to pass hubspot a domain and get back the data without having to add the contact first?

Hey @acom,

The Search for companies by domain | Companies API can return companies that doesn't have associated contacts. However, if you're looking to retrieve company records that haven't been created in HubSpot, this is not possible.
