Playbook API

Is there an API for interacting with Playbooks? I've searched the old and new API docs, and searched this forum, but I can't seem to find anything helpful on the subject.

I do not believe there is a public endpoint for this. 

You should add this to the ideas board and post a link here so we can upvote.  Make sure to detail your use case in the post!
