Parsing GoToWebinar Data to Salesforce through HubSpot

I'm trying to set up webhooks for Webinar status in Hubspot (attended, registered, No-Shows) to automatically to sync to SFDC campaigns.

I looking to find out the following:

1. Salesforce API base URL
2. Resources URL for the specific post request to Salesforce Campaign API

Any help would be appreciated.
