Pages with HS Forms - how to reduce loading time

Hi,  I have been thinking if in order to reduce the page loading time inside pages that have 1 or more HS forms, and also get a better score in Google Speed Insights, change the embed HubSpot forms by API forms is a good idea?

Which option is better for loading time performance?
