OAuth2 Authorization expires randomly

Hello!

 

I have an application in HubSpot and some clients complain that the application sometimes get disconnected randomly.

I can't find the root cause for this behaviour.

We use OAuth2 Authorization and refresh tokens.

I can provide the App ID and my client Account ID if needed.

Are there any errors associated with the disconnection?  Any similarities in the disconnections?

Hi @dennisedson, thanks for your reply.

 

I have limited information.

I guess the problem is that the token is not renewed and it gets disconnected.

If needed I can provide the Account ID and App ID.
