OAuth grant screen lists 0 accounts

Hello,

We are helping a customer to migrate their data to a new HubSpot CRM instance but on the OAuth grant screen there are no accounts listed and customer cannot select one and finish the OAuth flow.

There is only one Sales portal in the customer account (hubspot portal id 864227), but during OAuth authorization we get ‘Choose Account’ UI page with empty list of accounts (see screenshot below). So it is not possible to finish authorization flow.

Hi @Anton_Litvinenko

That account only has access to a subset of the Sales tools. They’ll need to activate the HubSpot CRM from their account settings to get full access, which will include the ability to use OAuth with the account.

How do I get access to HubSpot CRM?

Go to your Account Settings > Explore products & add-ons to get started with activating the HubSpot CRM.
