OAuth Scope List Cannot Select Contacts Related Scope

Hi all,

I'm working on an OAuth App, and would like to add contacts (or crm.objects.contacts.read) scope as Required Permissions.

Unfortunately, the UI dropdwon under Scope section does not have either of them.

May I please have some assistance?
