No `Marketing Contact` integration in Dev account

We are trying to update the contacts to Marketing Contacts in Hubspot but would like to test it out in dev environment/test account first. but only to find that there's no such a field in dev account, I wonder how can we sync these two accounts so that we can complete the test first before we actually make changes to prod. 

or is there a guaranteed way to update all the contacts we have and all the incoming new contacts to Marketing Contacts in prod directly without mess up anything else?

Welcome to the Community!

I spoke with some colleagues about this and, by coincidence, they had just noticed that it was not available on the sandbox accounts either.  I have been informed that it will be integrated, but I do not have a timeline 😞 Furthermore, when it is released, you will need to spin up a new sandbox portal.
