This new API form does not work with the integrations they have set up (Zapier) so data can not be sent. There needs to be an urgent work around and they should have notified other applications they work with to ensure there would not have been a loss of information.
I now have to input manually all of my data. What's the point of automation and workflows now?
Also, any attachments associated to contacts or leads have to be clicked and downloaded individually.
