Need to store custom object fields data with associated contact in salesforce

Hi Team, 
How can I store the list of custom object fields data with associated contact in sales using endpoint API callout? (get) . Need to callout for batch API.

You might want to try a custom object workflow to copy the data into the HubSpot contact. Then, the contact fields can sync to Salesforce via the native sync. HubSpot is also coming out with a Salesforce custom object sync which may help you in this case.
