Need to retrieve owner wise contacts details

I can retrieve owner's permissions by using 
"https://api.hubapi.com/resource-permissions/v3/permitted-users?resource=hcrn:24XXX0:crm-object:0-1:1..." endpoint.  But I want to retrive contacts permissions by using the user. Is there any options to retrive this details?
