Need help with this ASAP, cannot get oauth authorization for my portal

I am a super admin, portal ID is 391112, if I goto do an oauth authorize, I get the following UI

Hi @Dileepa_Wijayanayake,

Can you give me the full authorization URL you’re using, including the scopes you’re requesting? It’s possible you’re requesting scopes that your portal doesn’t have access to.

yes, had to turn on timeline scope on the app settings, thx
