Need a professional for integrate with app

Hi all

I came here from other forums (reddit included). I have an app for consumer and we need to integrate with Hs, the needed fields should be at first:

. First name
. Last name
. Email address
. City
. Country
. The Item info about the user choose

The app will be a cart shop like, so the item related here (last info) is about what the user picks up.

Now we need someone that could help us with that. If you available please let me know.
