Multiple email domains using SMTP

SOLVE

Hi

We have the transactional email addon in place for one of our domains, working perfectly fine.

We now want to add two additional domains, and have added these as Email sending domains (DKIM). When trying to send an email using the same token we get an error, though the token doesn't appear to have any domain-specific settings.

Is there any other setting that I'm missing here?

Hey @WendyGoh

It actually turned out to be an issue with the code sending the emails rather than the SMTP.

Thanks

Hey @Elad_Levy,

As per this documentation,

the email is sent from [the customer’s] system, but is wrapped with the HubSpot tracking codes that allow full engagement tracking and measurement,”

As such, the SMTP API shouldn’t affect the sending domain.

In this case, could you share more in details on the following:

1. What is the token that your team is using?

2. What's the full error you're seeing on your end? A screenshot may be helpful too!

3. The portal ID in question.
