Missing properties send from hubspot inside CRM card?

I try to make a CRM extension but it seems like I have some problems with my CMR card creation. From what I know, I should see a list of properties for each CRM type under the "Properties send from HubSpot" tab, but mine is empty. Why? And how can I solve this?
