Miscellaneous Closed Connections

We update our contacts each day with new information and there are 30-40,000 per day.  In using the API, we are updating in batches of 100 to be able to handle specific rejections.  We often experience errors due to "The connection was closed unexpectedly" where it is actively denied from the host.

 

It happens at different times and with different batches, etc.  If I program a wait and resubmit I still get the same error whether I wait 30 seconds or 20 minutes; however, if I end the program and rerun it, it starts up fine.

 

Any suggestions??
