They did narrow down to some sort of javascript conflict with prototype.js (which is a Magento requirement), however when I try to block prototype.js out it seems that the submit still do not work. Is there some javascript conflicting we might have overlooked here or is it because they're in a production environment? Thank you in advance!
Managed to narrowed down the issue to the version of prototype.js in use by nnt.com.au - it seems that with this upgraded, there is no longer any conflict.
