Looking for help with submitting app

Hi, we developed an app for HubSpot and we'd like to submit it for review. However, it says, "An app must have at least three installs to be listed in the App Marketplace."  Although we know there are multiple installs of our app with our clients using HubSpot, when we look at the app, it appears as if HubSpot is counting zero (0) installs.  So, we're in a bit of a bind here.  We can't submit the app until somehow it starts recognizing the multiple installs we already have.  Any help would be mighty appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the reply.  It had been showing as "0" for days, but we did see that it's updated now (nothing changed on our end).  Nevertheless, now that it updated we were able to submit our app.  Thank you!

Hi @Salesfolks,

We see that there are 4 installs of the app, but 2 of them are affiliated with Salesfolk (One developer test account and one free tier account). The other two have not shown any usage in the past 30 days.
