Logging WhatsApp engagements

Logging WhatsApp engagements is now possible in the UI. Is it possible to do that through the API?

Hey, @JLi57 👋 Thanks for the great question. The product team kindly let me know there is nothing available at this time. It's being looked into now, but there is nothing in a beta at this time.

Is there any news on this front? It would be great if there could also be this feature in Zapier as an engagement logging. Same trick.

Hi @Jaycee_Lewis , I headed on to Zapier and didn't see the integration there. Is this option also suppose to be available through Zapier?
