Live chat won't appear on the mobile version of my wordpress website

Hello,
For whatever reason, the Hubspot live chat doesn't seem to want to appear on the mobile version of my WordPress website, which is very confusing, considering that everything is working like a charm on the desktop version...

Any idea how to fix that?

Edit: It seems like the live chat won't appear only on my 4.7-inch iPhone, and it is appearing on larger screens, for instance, it is working on 5.4-inch phones...

This is even weirder, any solution for that?

Thank you for your answer, but it seems like this option is no longer available on Hubspot...

We can no longer check the box which says: "Show chat icon on small screen sizes"

@TBak , have you looked at the display settings of the chatflow?
