Hey guys,
I am trying to retrieve the list of users using the API endpoint "https://api.hubapi.com/settings/v3/users". I do get the list of users (great!) however it seems that the status of the user is missing (bummer!).
Example: I have deactivated a user account on the Hubspot dashboard, and this account still shows up when I make the API call.
Also, I couldn't find any endpoint to suspend/activate a user account.
Any tip on how to do so ?
Thanks !

Hello @FPoulet,
I have checked the endpoint: "https://api.hubapi.com/settings/v3/users" and it returns the list of users with IDs and emails. But I couldn’t find any endpoint to activate/suspend the user account.
You can directly connect to the HubSpot support team to fix your problem.

Hello @himanshurauthan ,
Do you have any short term solution ?
I encounter the same problem as @FPoulet and can't seem to get an answer from the support team.
We are not direct clients of Hubspot, but our customers are. They want to be able to use Hubspot's APIs to retrieve all active users.
Not being direct clients of Hubspot, the support team couldn't help us (thus couldn't help your own clients).
Any help on that matter would be greatly appreciated !

Thank you for reaching out.
I want to tag some of our experts on this - @himanshurauthan @Bryantworks @miljkovicmisa do you have any thought for @FPoulet on this?
Thank you!
