Link from content to live chat / bot

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a possibility to link from a URL to the live chat function.

Like, I'm reading a blog post and there is a CTA to "Need help?", and if I click it opens the live chat / bot.

How may I do this?

Thank you for sharing that. I found out that appending "#hs-chat-open" on links it works.

That said, on that page I linked above, the user yaroinfo has a solution using javascript you could implement.

This should allow you to open up the chat widget on click of a custom button or link.
