With my company (recruitment firm), we're making a new website, and we want to add a Hubspot Chatbot. BUT, we want to add some functionnalites. We want to link the chatbot to our ATS (Application tracking tool). For example, if a candidate want to know the status of their application, he just has to ask the chatbot, and the chatbot will found out in our ATS the status for him and told him the result. But I want to know if you can do that ?
