Limit calling-minutes-per-portal could not be found for portalId

We are seeing "Limit calling-minutes-per-portal could not be found for portalId" when the user presses the Phone icon in the toolbar after installing our Calling Extensions SDK Integration.

 

How do we set this limit?

Limit calling-minutes-per-portal could not be found for portalId

Verify that the (calling) permission is enabled for your integration in the HubSpot app marketplace APP

I can't find it in the list of scopes.

Kindly ignore tha above one, as current HubSpot app marketplace scopes don't include a specific permission for managing calling minutes.


The Calling Extensions SDK probably handles the necessary permissions for making calls.

 

For solving your issue our priority now should be to explore other possibilities for implementing calling minute limits within your integration.

Hi @Humashankar 

In Production, the Calling Extensions SDK Widget does not open. The HubSpot servers reply with http error "Limit calling-minutes-per-portal could not be found for portalId" returned. This is why I am asking how to set that limit to allow the widget to open.

The Calling Extensions SDK Widget is currently not functioning in production due to a configuration issue, resulting in the error message "Limit calling”.

 

As we called out, this indicates that HubSpot's system is unable to recognize the calling minute limit for your specific portal ID. This limit might not be something we can directly set within HubSpot. It's more likely a system-defined limit.

 

To address this issue, it is recommended to reach out to HubSpot's support team directly. They will be able to investigate and potentially resolve the issue on their end, ensuring the widget functions as intended.
