Limit access to website

I just setup a secondary domain to serve as our test environment for changes being made to our main site. Ideally we'd like to lockdown this site to prevent any external traffic from accessing.

I know it's possible to password protect individual pages but is there a way to password protect the entire site? or to whitelist traffic coming from specific IP addresses?

Hey @rodney_m , there isn't currently a way to prevent access to pages based on subdomain or on IP. There are 2 alternatives I can think of for you:

  1. Bulk assign control audience access to multiple pages at once. You can password protect pages in bulk but you would need to do that for every new page you create. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/cms-pages-editor/control-audience-access-to-pages
  2. Make use of our content staging tool where the staged pages can be published at a sandbox url. Although they are not locked but the sandbox urls should not be  discoverable unless you share the links. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/cms-general/redesign-and-relaunch-your-site-with-...
