Leadin Wordpress plugin installation issue

Hi,

I have tried to install the leadin plugin to my WP site and it is displaying the following message.

The plugin is not showing in the list of plugins ready to install or on the left hand side of the site. I am on WP version 5.5.1.

Any assistance would be much appriciated.

Hi @ryan8188 ,

Can you access the server via ftp? If so, look for that folder and delete it. Then try to reinstall. I am unsure what happened during installation, but something went wrong.

If you don't feel comfortable deleting the folder, you could rename it temporarily
