I need to restrict access to our knowledge base without my current customers having to register for a new sign-up, and we need a functionality that enables our customers to get access to this knowledge base as they sign in to our system.
We have a platform today that our customers need to sign in to, either using SSO with 2FA or email and password with 2FA. Today we are using Intercom as a support system, through an integration it grants our customers access to the entire content of our current knowledge base when they sign in to our platform. The knowledge base itself is visible on our website for everyone to see but if you're not a customer and logged in to our platform, you will only have access to a certain amount of support/knowledge base articles.
Is this possible in Hubspot? We do not want to send out a separate registration email for our customers to create yet another log in they need to remember.
