Javascript chat not loading

I get this error in my Safari Web Inspector when trying to use the javascript chat link, [Error] Not allowed to load local resource: file://js.hs-scripts.com/7964333.js

For some reason the browser doesn't recognise the link as a URL.  Has anyone else has this problem, can anyone assist?

The code is per the instructions:

In order for me to further understand the environment, could you share with me the following:

1. The page url in question

2. What's the website builder that your team is using? i.e. Wordpress, Drupal

3. Does the error show up on other browser? Or only specifically Safari?

Thanks for getting back to me. The issue was that I was trying to run it from my dev laptop, as soon as I uploaded it to the web server it worked. Obvious in hindsight but there you go!
