I cannot seem to get a Hubspot UI extensions project working.
We have access to Public UI Extensions through a developer account.
However, I was working through the quickstart guide to set things up and failed. When I generated the access key for that account, there were very few scopes in the dashboard (compared to our company account, not sure if it matters), and it gave me this error when I tried "hs auth":

[ERROR] A TypeError has occurred. Cannot read properties of null (reading 'replace')
When I tried to do "hs auth" with our company's non-developer account, the "hs auth" worked fine, but it errored when I try to "hs project upload", saying I don't have access to the "REACT_EXTENSION" functionality.
