Issue with SMS Subscription in API /communication-preferences/v3/subscribe

I’m reaching out for help with an issue I’m facing while using the /communication-preferences/v3/subscribe API endpoint. The endpoint works perfectly for email subscription types, but when I try to use it for SMS subscriptions, it doesn’t function as expected.
According to the documentation, this endpoint supports all subscription types except WhatsApp, which implies SMS subscriptions should work. However, I couldn’t find any specific details or examples in the documentation related to SMS subscriptions.
