Issue while sending an email to a List using Schedule for later

We have a batch synchronization of Lists every day at 2 AM CST. This will delete the existing static lists and recreate them. Suppose if we schedule an email the next day after the synchronization happens (Ex: 4 AM CST) we are getting the following error.  "This recipient has been deleted". My guess is HubSpot is using the listId to identify the list. Is there a way to use List name instead of listId while scheduling the email for a later date?

Hey @davelaycock,

Currently, this is not possible. We would used the list ID to reference the list included as the recipients list in an email.

Having said that, could you share with me more on your team use case as to why you'd need to delete and recreate static lists everyday? Perhaps, your team can explore the option of using an active list - Create and use lists.

Hi Wenday,

Thank you for your response. Just want to check will this impacts the reporting too?

Hey @davelaycock,

Is there a particular reporting API that you're referring to?
