Issue into Contactid into engagements API

Hello Support Team,

I am Rahul J. on behalf of Mr. Iraj. I have issue with Contactid into engagements API.

Steps with Image:

1. Test Developer account is working fine with portal ID - 9284620

URL - https://api.hubapi.com/engagements/v1/engagements/paged?hapikey=xxxx

 

Above image, I am getting the contactid perfectly.

2. But when i trid with Main Account API then i cound't find the contactids. Portal ID 4283039

URL: https://api.hubapi.com/engagements/v1/engagements/paged?hapikey=xxx

When i talked with the Haylee Support Team, She say please create a ticket or asked into developer forum.

The issue is very transparent, see both attached image and get it resolve as much as possible.
